Sameerah Shaheen, PhD, MBBS, M.Sc.

Dr. Sameerah Yasain Shaheen is an associate professor of Anatomy at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She obtained her Bachelor of science degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS) from King Saud University, College of medicine. Also, she has received her Ph.D. in Cancer Genetics and Stem Cells from the University of Nottingham.

Dr. Shaheen is currently the chairman of Anatomy Department and the deputy of female section in girl campus. she has scientific articles published in international reputable reference journals. She is also engaged in cancer genetics (colon & breast cancer) and clinical Anatomy research. 

Dr. Shaheen is always looking forward for new research opportunities and challenges to make the changes necessary for better life.
